Primary Responsibility
1. Be in charge of running and managing the call center daily
2. Set KPI targets for all other call center agents to meet up with
3. Schedule and organize shift patterns for team members to ensure that customers are never left unattended to
4. Understand all organization’s products, services, procedures and guidelines and communicate same to all team members
5. Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to
6. Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance at the center
7. Keep up with happenings in the industry and ensuring adherence to industry standards
8. Ensure that clients are kept satisfied at all times by providing prompt response and solutions to their challenges at all times
9. Ensure a safe and harmonious working environment for all other team members and delegate duties to all team members
Qualification
Qualification
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from any field
2. Have experience preferably as Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager in Contact Center and Management Information System at least 3-5 years
3. Have knowledge of computer literate (Ms. Office : Word, Excel and Power Point)
4. Good command in English, written & oral
5. Good analytical, presentation and planning ability
6. Good leadership skill and negotiation skill 8. Motivated, able to work under pressure and wise
7. Applicants must be willing to work in Plaza Kuningan – Jakarta Selatan
8. Full – Time position available
