Primary Responsibility
1. Maintaining diaries, arranging appointments and travel arrangements
2. Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
3. Prioritising workloads
4. Provide professional secretarial and administrative support of the company
Qualification
Qualification
Must possess at least Diploma Degree in any major (preferably form secretary)
Experience min. 1 year in administration or secretary
Max age 28years old
Excellent skill in Ms. Office, especially for Ms. Excel (Able to use the Ms. Excel Formulas)
Able to communicate in English (both oral and written)
Excellentcommunication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Highly attentive to details, discipline, highly motivated and ability to focused and organized
