Primary Responsibility
Responsibilities :
1. Handle Customer Inquiries by phone and Email
2. Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
3. Identify and Escalate Priority Issues

Requirements :
1. Candidate must be possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree majoring from Computer Science, Information System, Engineering (Computer)or equivalent
2. Good communication skill in Bahasa and English both of oral and written
3. Have knowledge about Troubleshooting
4. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Technical Call Center, Helpdesk or the related field
5. Willing to work in Shifting schedule including Weekend and Public Holiday
