Primary Responsibility
• Ensure all activities of general affair, as well as other supporting activities are effective• Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions• Responsible for handling general affairs and office management, e.g. photocopy machine, printer, telephony, electricity, water, AC, etc.• Manage and control company assets (e.g. building, desktops/laptops, vechiles, etc.)• Coordinate travel arrangements (e.g. hotel reservation, transport, etc.)• Assists in ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, aesthetic appeal, and safety of the work area, and in ensuring optimal usage of utilities within the work area• Etc.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Economics or equivalent.• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Required Skill(s): Computer Skills, Communication Skills• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in General Affair/Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
