- Handling general HR (absence, payroll, training and another HR administration)- Handling general affair (purchase order, inventory, assets, and another GA administration)- Make a monthly report

Qualification
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree of Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent with min GPA 275- Good Knowledge using Ms Words, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint- Having knowledge and understanding in recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit, and general Affair- At least 5 year experience in HR & GA at manufacture or food & beverages company- Have good leadership, Excellent planning and Organizational analytical skill- High Integrity, Trustworthiness and Good Customer / Employee Relations Skills- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Indonesia
