Primary Responsibility
- Managing the Legal Department in order to provide services that are effective, efficient, and precise- Implement Legal Division Good Corporate Governance- Plan, supervise and maintain the Companys license, permit and update the Company on any new government regulations related to its business- Plan, supervise, monitor and maintain the Companys trademarks and copyrights, as well as to handle any legal case arise thereof- Liaise with Business Development Division in monitoring Patents issues - Prepare the Companys contracts based on request from other divisions, maintain the legal document database and liaise with other divisions with regard to contracts preparation and contracts execution- Give opinions or advice from a legal perspective to the questions raised by the Shareholders, the Board of Directors, as well as from other divisions or departments on various issues or problems- Plan, direct, supervise and review performance of direct subordinates

- Candidate must possess at least Masters Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Required Skill(s) corporate law, Civil Law, Contract Draftting, Intellectual Property Rights law, Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical or manufacturing company business operation, Pharmaceutical and health regulations- Preferably Manager or Sr. Manager specialized in Law or Legal Services or equivalent
