Primary Responsibility
- Manage, organize and maintain CEO time calendar, Scheduling and remainding appointments.- Take initiative to make minor job-specification decisions in the absence of CEO- Make travel arrangements for the CEO and accompanying personel which includes reservations (VISA applications, airlines, car rental, local ground transportations, hotel, meals, etc.)- Arrange for any materials required (presentations, documentations, print hand out, memo, etc) for all CEO meeting efficiently- Maintain organizational chart with help of all organization-wide employees and staff- Receive and distribute relevant information to/from internal and external sources by telephone, email or in person- Take notes in meeting, conference and day to day activities of the CEO- Other General Administrative.

- Women- Under 27 years old- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Secretarial or equivalent.- 2 Years Experience working as PA or Secretary- Excellent Writing and Speaking in English- Solid Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel- Good Time Management and Attention to Detail- Flexibility- Adaptability- Good interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask- Organisational skills- Communication skills- IT skills- Secretarial skills
