Company Introduction
Mesitechmitra Purnabangun (MESITECH)was established in
1988 to meet this demand and became the first private
company that specializing in plant and factories
maintenance services. The company known for the
remarkable achievements supported with dedicated,
competent and experienced manpower.
Throughout the years, MESITECH has relished a fast growth,
along with the development of industry (plants and
factories). The first maintenance service was commenced in
1989, for five consecutive years in liquefied plant of PT Arun
NGL Co. and gained outstanding achievement. The success
was resumed by the trust given to the company by one of
the biggest petro-chemical factory in Asia, PT Chandra
Asri Chemical Centre, to operate commissioning, daily and
annual maintenance. Further improvements were the
signing of an agreement with PT. Badak NGL Co., for the
plants maintenance services in 1998 thru 2000. Due to our
satisfactory performance, further contract service was
awarded to 2006. In 2004, we expand our service
to Chevron Pacific Indonesia(previously Caltex Pacific
Indonesia) as Operation and Maintenance support service
business partners for their facilities. From there
on, Mesitech continues its maintenance service for Oil and
Gas production and processing facilities and LNG Plant across Indonesia with notable Clients such as Pertamina EP,
Pertamina Hulu Energy ONWJ, and BP Tangguh LNG.
Our Vision is to become capable and reliable partner in
supporting services for plants and factories operation and
maintenance that comply professionally with national and
international standards. In order to achieve this we uphold
the importance of good human resources, compliance to
Technical Codes, Health & Safety standards, maintained
work equipment and tools, and excellent service
management. Those are continuously improved since the
company establishment. In long term, Mesitechmitra
Purnabangun aim to continuously expand its service not
only in national but also in international community.
Primary Responsibility
- Menentukan sasaran/target dan program kerja serta anggaran Departemen SDM
- Mengelola seluruh kegiatan personalia seluruh karyawan perusahaan termasuk tapi tidak terbatas pada penggajian, database karyawan, penilaian kinerja, seleksi karyawan, cuti, kesejahteraan dan penegakan disiplin
- Menjalankan kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan masalah hubungan industri
- Merencanakan program pengembangan SDM
- Mengkomunikasikan peraturan perusahaan serta ketenagakerjaan dan perubahannya kepada karyawan
- Menyusun dan memperbaharui prosedur, IK, formulir, dan dokumen lain yang berkaitan dengan Departemennya (untuk semua Manajer)
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan pejabat SDM di proyek/Regional
- Membuat laporan kinerja Departemen kepada atasan
- Menjaga kerahasiaan sesuatu yang wajar untuk dirahasiakan atau yang diminta untuk dirahasiakan, dan membela kepentingan Perusahaan secara wajar
- Peduli terhadap Sistem Manajemen K3L/HSE
- Tugas - tugas lain dari Perusahaan yang berkaitan dengan kepentingan Perusahaan
Qualification
Qualification
- Pendidikan Sarjana (S1) , Diploma (D3)
- Pengalaman : Sarjana (S1), pengalaman kerja 4 (empat) tahun dalam bidang yang sesuai atau Diploma (D3), pengalaman kerja 8 (delapan) tahun dalam bidang yang sesuai.
- Mempunyai sifat jujur, amanah, dan kreatif
- Memahami tentang bisnis yang dijalani Perusahaan
- Memahami hukum perburuhan terkait
- Mempunyai jiwa kepemimpinan yang baik
- Memahami sistem manajemen kepersonaliaan
- Mempunyai kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Mengenal Sistem Managemen Mutu ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
- Memahami System Management K3L OHSAS 18001:2007
- Menguasai bahasa Inggris secara cukup, dalam lisan atau tulisan
