Primary Responsibility
- Present new and additional offering to clients using a variety of methods such as cold calling, telephonic meetings, email correspondence and webcasts.- Understand the prospects relation to Dimension Data, and then engage the client by asking a series of questions to understand their requirements.- Communicate quotes, provide supportive sales documentation and obtain a sales order where there is an opportunity to close a sale.- Build relationships with clients and display an interest in and knowledge of the client environment.- Identify opportunities for up-selling of solutions and services, and display superior telephone etiquette.- Comply with and adhere to pre-identified governance and compliance standards and escalate identified problems for investigation and resolution.- Understand and adhere to Dimension Data standards and procedures to reduce costs and report associated risks.

Qualification
- Min. Bachelor Degree- 0 – 1 year experience in a similar environment especially in System Integrator business- Can identify opportunities for up-selling of solutions and services- Proven sales and client engagement experience- Proficient in English (both written and spoken is preferable)- Able to join as possible- Commit to work for 6 month full time (This position is temporary role to replace staff who on maternity leave.)
