Primary Responsibility
- Team sales planning, management & monitoring- Account planning & review- Pipeline management- Sales reporting- Coaching & Training- Counseling & Mentoring- Discovering & exploring opportunities- Maintain relationship with vendor- Develop internal knowledge capability (sales, presales and post sales)- Screens potential business deals by analyzing marketing strategy, deal requirement, evaluating other potential options, resolving internal priorities, and recommending equity investments- Control, monitoring, and tracking individual contributor and system in order to make efficiency of the business flow & make sure the new improvement system is being function ate- Audit the system and propose the improvement, includes : organizational chart, function and role of each individual job/task, apply KPI for each individual, flow of the internal operation business- Analyze and improve of the sales mechanism (system) & approaches- Create and analyze the work plan, strategy, annual targets and report performance results- Develop employee satisfaction- Finalize performance evaluation system : develop the KPI mechanism and standard operation procedure that should be apply in each division and department- Develop negotiation strategy and positioning in business deals- Communicating new product development to prospective clients- Following up new business opportunities and setting up the meeting- Planning & preparing presentation to prospective clients

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Full-Time positions available
