Primary Responsibility
• Analyze and troubleshoot application and system issues as soon as possible to ensure minimum downtimes and disruption to users• Provide first layer IT supports to all users and hardware including network and server appliances, PC, printer, and other IT related hardware to ensure the problem fixed or hardware repaired as soon as possible as per priority response time• Manage and control fixed asset related to IT to prevent asset loss to company• Coordinate with all IT vendors for any issue related to system to ensure IT system are recovered immediately to minimize operational downtime• Provide monthly report to IT manager to summarize all IT support activities for the purpose of IT reporting• Implement regular IT audit at Papua Sorong Office and area surrounding to ensure IT service level, operational, and performance consistent with agreed standard

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.• At least 1-2 Year of working experience in IT support function is required for this position.• Certified in any of IT professional qualification are preferable• Willing to work in Sorong - Papua
Skill and Knowledge Requirements
• Have a good knowledge in software, hardware, networking, and IT support• Good in IT troubleshooting and customer dealing experience• Have a good communication, energetic, dynamic, responsibility, cooperative, and systematic• Have a good analytical skills for problem solving
