Primary Responsibility
• Assist HR Officer in managing employee movement in dormitory and verifying the vendor invoice, including briefing, submit information on employee movement at dormitory• Promote activities at dormitory for a better quality life of dormitory's residence• To work closely with Disnaker (local authority) for repatriation AKAD employee• Managing employee Exit Clearance, employee badge issuance• Create employee file - new employee• Maintain personnel records ensuring timely and accurate records• Prepare employment letter• F1 recruitment process• Employee photo taking, distribution for employee badge and replacement of employee badge• Verifying invoice i.e MCU, AKAD repatriation, air ticket claim• Any other duties as requested by Superior

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Required Skill(s): English both written and spoken, Good in Computer• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.• Good Knowledge of HR Administration• Good Knowledge of office support function including computer literate, filing, compiling and summarizing data for reports• Good communication, performance and interpersonal skills
