Primary Responsibility
- Assist to create SOP- Identify training and development needs within and organization throught job analysis- Ensure employee engagement is running well- Design and expand training and development programes based on the needs of the organization and individual.- Making strategic about plan organization and development needs, regulate and implementation of required training.- Design training programs and courses that are required to meet the training needs or arrangements implemented by involving external service providers.

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Required Skill(s): analytical thinking, people oriented, problem solving, interpersonal skill- Preferably [Position Level] specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.- Good presenatation skill, analyst data and reporting- Having knowledge about training and people development.- Computer literate especially in Ms. Office- Max age 29 years old.- Good communication in English both written and spoken.- Good awareness in company organization- Being proactive and having good interpersonal skill
