Primary Responsibility
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
- Handle payroll, compensation and benefit, KPI, BPJS, etc
- Prepare and monitor employee contract agreement
- Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment
- Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualification

- Sarjana
- Minimal Pengalaman 3 Tahun
- Majoring of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management or Economics from reputable university
- Having experience at EPC Contractor is a must
- Experience in handle payroll, compensation and benefit, employee relation and industrial relation, BPJS, absence, and other assignment
- Familiar with UU No. 13
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Human Resources
- Willing to be placed/assigned anytime at Project Site
