Primary Responsibility
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities- Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment- Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures- Research and monitor human resource systems in other organizations within the community- Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions- Perform other related duties as required (Payroll, Compensation and Benefit, KPI, BPJS, etc.)

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Economics or equivalent from reputable university- At least 3 years of working experience at EPC Contractor is a must- Experience in handle payroll, compensation and benefit, employee relation and industrial relation, BPJS, absence, and other assignment- Familiar with UU No. 13- Fluent in English, both verbal and written- Preferably Staff (non management and non supervisor) specializing in Human Resources or equivalent- Willing to be placed at Project Site
