Primary Responsibility
• Prepare analytics report regularly and action plan to improve the current performance• Set up Google Analytics goals as per the business requirements. For Example: Creating Goal Funnel, Custom Report, Regex, etc• Data Mining that results in specific action plans around our key business functions• Set up the Digital KPI that is aligned with our business goal• Monitor day-to-day operation through Digital Analytics Tools• Provide direct conclusion and recommendation based on finding / research• Collaborate / Brainstorm together across business units and its related division in areas such as: content creation, planning, execution, reporting, etc• Data Driven Management is Mandatory

• Bachelor degree from Information system or IT will be preffered• Passionate in Digital Marketing field and having strategic mindset• Skilled in operating Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Socialbakers, Crowdbooster, Socialsprout, etc• Highly analytical thinking in creating such a robust decision.• Proven successfully in Managing Social Media Marketing and Digital Campaign – GDN, SEM, Email Blast, Facebook Ads, etc• Possess the ability to deliver meaningful insights by Analyzing Digital data• Creative thinking• Better understanding the business flow and product from variety of the industry such as FMCG, Hospitality, etc• Expert in UI/UX and User Journey would be recommended• Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly with new and different working environment
