Primary Responsibility
To support the Sales and Marketing organizations with the design and deployment of field teams and customer targeting analytics. This includes providing support to existing franchises in addition to supporting new product launches and new indication(s).
Sales pipeline management
Analyse business coverage to ensure all potential areas are explored.
To monitor and evaluate sales performance, both team and individual: sales performance and sales activity.
Create full transparency on our performance and the underlying drivers
Understand performance deviations and the range of available counter measures.
Analyse the sales performance and achievement, and follow up with related parties for improvement and recommendation
Work to reduce the cost of sales planning, recommending improvements to procedures, contracts and agreements.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree level from reputable university, master degree is an added advantage specialization in Finance, Business related discipline is often preferable.
Expected to have worked for at least 2 years as a Business Analytics and business support functions
Proven excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
Able to work with structured and unstructured data.
Strong database, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Ability to document and communicate analytical results to non-analytical business users and executive decision makers.
