Primary Responsibility
• Coordinate with Project Managers on Marketing Event dates and requirements • Liaise with Vendor/Contractor on booth development and installation for events • Maintaining a working relationship with users, vendors, creative teams, etc • Work together with internal graphic designer for promotional materials (Posters & Brochures) required for events • Coordinate with Sales Support on delivery of collaterals and other display items to the event venue Making sure that all necessary logistics are well-prepared for • Liaise with PMs for Post-event/exhibition report/write up for publication • Supervisory duty on D-Day for event booth installation and tear-down • Delegating event planning tasks to other staff members where necessary • Anticipating and planning for different scenarios • Planning multiple events at once

Qualification
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent• Required skill(s): communication, event management and coordination, Time Management Skills• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent• Full-Time position(s) available
