Primary Responsibility
• Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.• Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.• Alert executives, manager and related personnel about cancelations or new meetings.• Manage travel and prepare meeting schedule.• Handle information request.• Prepare correspondence relating to GM• Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.• Coordinates office management activities.• Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.• Prepare monthly office supply.• Plans and manage office driver and operational mobility.• Maintain office procedures.• Coordinate travel arrangements; prepare itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records for GM.• Maintain all legalities documents of the company.

Qualification
• Maximum 30 years old.• Minimum university diploma/ degree in any major related to secretarial.• Minimum real experiences as a secretary / PA 3+ years.• Proficient in written, speaking, punctuation, grammar in English.• Proficient in written, speaking, punctuation in formal Bahasa Indonesia.• Proven experience in producing correspondence,business proposal , presentation and documents.• Knowledgeable in administrative office procedures, Microsoft office, database management, e-filling management.• Knowledgeable in legal documents to Indonesian rules and regulations.• Familiar in photoshop, Power Point , Excel.• Currently living in Bali is a must
