Primary Responsibility
• Achievement of increased opportunities within existing accounts to strategically execute on agreed sales plan• Proactive solution provider, see the ‘big picture' and articulate the business value including technology options• Contribute to an effective working relationship between sales, client services and operations• Establishing successful business relationships, culminating in proven loyal contacts, including strong relationships throughout the Indonesian business sector

• Hold a minimum bachelor degree• Has minimum 1 year experience as Sales Representative preferably IT solution business• Previous work experiences in SI (System Integrator or Distribution channel) will be a plus point• Have knowledge and network in a specific industry such as telco ( XL, Telkomsel, Indosat) or e- commerce, transportation logistic, and IT start ups businesses• Have a strong product focus selling approach• Fluent in English both oral & written• Have experience within doing full sales process• Able to create new channel or market opportunities• Able to follow up opportunities and maintain good relationship with partners• Able to manage account and job priority• Able to work in team with strong interpersonal & communication skill• Able to work within target• Able to work under pressure• Has pleasant personality, good performance and high degree of integrity• Has a strong drive to succeed, confident and proactive
