Primary Responsibility
- Supporting President Director and Senior Management
- Handling all aspects of Administration Tasks
- Basic book - keeping support, banking, payrolls, cash flow, bank reconciliation
- Qouarterly consolidation packages with holding company in Singapore, liasise with Singapore Account Department
- Create HR Management system program, record of annual leave, long leave, sick, absent, lateness, etc
- Administer contract agreements, including billing, delivery, receipts, warranty, damage claims, insurance, etc
- Handling matters relating to collective labour agreement (PKB), RKAB report, LKPM Report, Tax Report, BPJS, IUPOPK (ESDM), update legal and permit maintenance, KITAS, etc
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or GA or equivalent
- Proficienct in Microsoft Office. Computer operation skill such as illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
- Assist in corporate presentation and slides
- Able to work independently.
- Strong analytical skill and motivated self-starter person
- Understand local labour law and income tax
- Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta
