Primary Responsibility
Promotes and implements human resource values by planning and managing human resources all programs directing sub-ordinate. Job Duties:• Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues• Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities,• Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff• Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements,• Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities• Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions analysing information and applications.• Complies with national government and local legal requirements by monitoring existing and new act• Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities• Enhances department and organization reputation

Qualification
• Minimum 40 years old• From Human Resources, management, pshicology or law background Education• At least 12 year of working experiences on HR field and 7 years in Top Management level• Experiences in Manufacture, Trading or FMCG field• Willing to place in Pasuruan, East Jakarta• Good in English• Strong skill : Human Resources Management, Hiring, Developing Standards, Teamwork, Management Proficiency, Managing Profitability, Promoting Process Improvement, Building Relationships, Organizational Astuteness, People Skills, Retaining Employees
