Primary Responsibility
- Sales analysis and identifies trends- Performed analysis on the sell-in and sell-out units and values by product, channel and month- Performs operations-related analysis (e.g. such as utilization)- Tracks pipeline /sales /revenues by various criteria (sales rep, product, etc.)- Monitors operating expenses, identifies variances to plan, assists in preparation of budget and forecast according to prescribed guidelines- Compiled monthly chain sales and sell-out report for the Timepiece Division- Collate and provided monthly sales forecast for local and export markets according to the targets and the insights from the sales team- Identify key marketing and business metrics and develop methods to represent data in support of the measurements- Identifying strategic capabilities, risks and gaps in execution of plans- Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and/or non-system.

- Japanese Language min N2 (Fluent N3 could be considered)- Fluent in English- Easy going personality- Aware with social media and updated with it. (Facebook and Instagram at least)- Good Ms.Excel skills- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.- Required skill(s): easy going personality, aware with social media, fluent in english and japanese, Good command in Ms. Excel.- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably Staff (non-management and non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.- Full-Time position(s) available.
