Primary Responsibility
1) Human Resources Management- HR planning and strategy- HR policies and administration- Training and Development management- Recruitment and Staffing management- Compensation and Benefit management- Man power planning and project management 2) External Communication- CSR planning and activation- CSR implementation in campaign and brand activations (working closely with Marketing department) 3) Personal Assistant- All PA function such as : drafting and prepare letters, doing correspondence, filing, manage incoming calls and messages- Administer all internal documents- Supporting role to Sales and Marketing division- Handle and administer all travel arrangement- Handle and administer development and preparation of presentation materials- Plan and organize meeting conference

Qualification
- Graduated from reputable university of Secretarial or General studies or its equivalent- Well organized, able to manage multiple tasks and understand to prioritize- Able to work independently and as team-member, a self-starter person will be preferred- Highly motivated and proactive- Excellent comprehension and analytical skills- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work underpressure- Computer savvy- Excellent in English communication
