Primary Responsibility
• Fully understand the market dynamics and development trends in the area under the jurisdiction, according to the law of market changes, put forward specific regional sales plans and sales programs, as well as sales work processes and rules.• Establish and maintain customer relationships in the area under its jurisdiction, conduct business negotiations, provide solutions, track regular customers, and submit periodic sales reports.• Expand the sales network under the jurisdiction of the region, familiar with the characteristics of the region's market, sales characteristics, with the region's major distributors, customers to establish long-term and stable relations of cooperation.• Responsible for the area under the jurisdiction of the market research and analysis and forecast work, as well as the company's products or services advertising business• Responsible for the regional sales agency administration and subordinate salesman's business training, performance appraisal and supervision, and in accordance with market changes on the sales staff and sales of resources to optimize the deployment.
