Primary Responsibility
• Lead HRD projects as determined by the upper - management• Evaluate and maintain the work performance of all staffs• Analysis of manpower planning and assisting recruitment for all divisions (job posting, testing, interviewing, offering, and running an induction process)• Handling new and existing employees for matters related to BPJS• Maintaining a good relationship with all out existing employees and help to create a sustainable working culture• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies & procedures• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation & training programs• Maintains HR staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees

• Candidate must be graduate from any reputable university in Law / Psychology (D3 / S1) field• Max 35 years old• Having min 5 years working in Human Resource Department (management level)• Proficient in English (both oral & written)• Familiar with Manpower Law & HR Management• Domicile in Tangerang• Able to work in bond (ikatan dinas) min 1 year• Having driven license
