Primary Responsibility
As Executive Secretary:
Assist the chief of executives, and partners on their schedules, correspondences, and daily duties, including going to a place as instructed by the chief of executive and partners.
Assist administration of associates business trip or training event.
Handle office phone calls.
Welcome guests of the firm, especially the clients.
Manage the personal folders of the chief of executive and partners and firm’s corporate files.
Manage the chief of executives’ and partners’ business travel, including transportation and accommodation during the travel.
Assist on the office administration of the firm.
Assist on the administration of marketing/business development of the firm.
As Business Development:
Set an annual marketing plan and strategy.
Coordinate marketing plan and strategy with the other plan or strategy from other divisions.
Promoting a customer oriented focus and advocating intimate client relationships.
Managing and overseeing online and offline marketing programs in line with the vision, mission, and financial goals of the firm.
Be responsible on a client care program of the firm.
Promote reputation and expertise of the firm to the market.
Help drive digital media activities for the firm, including web, social media, blog and online direct marketing such as newsletter.
Qualification
Qualification
Age 21 - 30 years old.
Fluent in English is a must, both writing and speaking (evidence of TOEFL score is preferable).
Bachelor’s Degree in secretary or public relation or related degree with minimum GPA of 3.00 from reputable university (preferably from secretarial academy).
Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude and cope with tight deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks and workloads, proactive as well as having good attention to detail.
Have minimum working experience of 2 (two) years.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good computer literacy, speed and accuracy essential (MS Office, Excel, Power point).
Professional telephone manners and etiquette.
Bright, charming, confident personality, well presented and highly personable.
Willing to travel when required.
A hard worker with passion for learning and willingness to serve.
