- Min Diploma/ Bachelor degree from local university with minimum GPA of 3.00- Computer literate (Microsoft office) and very fluent in English (Speaking, reading, writing)- Experience as a officer in a call center, customer care, or other hospitality industry for at least 1 year- Computer literate- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Detailed oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
