• Graduated from a reputable Hotel School or University, with a proven working experience as Chief Steward or Assistant Chief Steward in the minimum of 2 working years at a 4-5 star hotel.• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language and Bahasa Indonesia.• Familiarity with the local regulations, health and safety and hygiene standards.• Strong leadership and training skills to boost the team’s motivation.• Computer literate.
