Primary Responsibility
• Sales Volume – Meet and exceed sales and profit target by each account• Market Share – Negotiate all promotion program nationally• Strong Customer Relationship – Building good business relationship with strategic partner• Sales and Marketing Program – Cooperate with marketing team to build sales and brand image and Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion program in each account• Key Account Development – Provide strategic inputs to further account developments and Monitor account/channel/area performance to ensure that objective are being accordance with company strategies• People Capabilities – Lead, direct and develop projects together with sales force

• Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably from reputable university • English Proficiency: Conversant in both oral and written • 5 years of work experience in Consumer Goods, with strong exposure in minimarket/ hyper-super channel/MTI • Excellent negotiation skills • Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills • Able to work in dynamic environment • Detail and result-oriented • Proficient in using MS Excel
