Primary Responsibility
• Because this is a direct selling business, RSM must be a visible and inspiring Leader for the Members and a reliable business partner to the Leaders/ Stockiest.• Ensuring that monthly targets are met consistently• Be an excellent coach for the Leaders in the goal setting process and achieve their goals• Responsible to support all leaders through joint actions and a continuous follow up.• Working and coordinate well with 30 – 40 assigned Leaders/Stockiest in the utility• Field activity involves everything from trainings, events to prospecting activities

• Maximum 35 years old• Having minimum 5 years working experiences in Sales/Teaching/Training/ Hospitality• Candidate with Direct Selling experience will be plus point• Minimum Bachelor Degree-S1- from any discipline• Good communication, love to work with people• Energetic and charismatic• Well organised and result oriented• Having high motivation to be the best• Willingness to travel• Excellence on computer literate and English knowledge
