Primary Responsibility
Manage all of HRGA General and Administrative task.
Handle recruitment process and training activity for employee, make/create a module for training.
Handle company regulation, evaluation system, and organization.
Familiar with labor law, industrial relation, cooperate with government.
Manage payroll activity, based on overtime and attendance records.
Manage expatriate document, such as VISA, KITAS, etc.
Qualification
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi / Marunda, Jakarta Utara
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
