PT Supraco Indonesia was founded in 1979 with the name of PT Summa Prakarsa Corporation aiming, initially to provide local service to many foreign oil and gas companies in Indonesia at that time. One of the business activity being managed was expatriate management service
A the market and need widened, PT Supraco Indonesia had expanded its business activities to other areas in oil and gas service sectors. Service being provided today can be summarized into these following line of business : Support, Service Transportation and Heavy Equipment Management, Integrated Logistic and base Management Service, Maintenance of Production Facilities, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), Offshore Crane Maintenance Service.

Primary Responsibility
Provide secretarial, administration and formality related works for Head Division
Arranging business Trip (air ticket , accommodation & land transportation)
Courtesy Visits to (SKKMIGAS, GOVERNOR, High Rank Local Government)
Manage Business Process Management
Prepare Request Travel Arrangement
Prepare Settlement from Business Trip
Prepare Settlement for Perks of Head Division
Prepare any kind of payment for Division Expenses
Prepare FB-60 for Payment related to Vendor/ 3rd Party
Prepare Medical Reimbursement
Prepare Leave Request
Prepare Temporary Job Delegation/ Absence Delegation
Prepare Training Request for Head Division
Establish and maintain departmental filing system including filing of all matters
regarding division personnel filing system.
Provide typing duties for all Division team activities, such as correspondence, faxes, requisitions, reports, specifications, procedures, manuals and other document prepared by or for the Division team.
Manage the incoming Letter and outgoing mails and correspondence via log file and binders.
Maintain of all confidential documents.
Preparing Weekly Report Division, Preparing & Compiling Division Weekly Report on word file based on the Weekly Staff Meeting to be distributed every week to BOD
Qualification
Qualification
Min. D3, preferred graduate secretary’s program
Min 3 years’ experience
Aged between 25 – 30 years
Fluent in Indonesia and English, both verbal and written
Good looking
Good communication skill, both verbal and written
Good customer service
Have expertise in correspondence, file storage, to organize business meeting
Able to operate a computer program, such as Microsoft office, email and the internet
Able to work cooperatively in groups
