Primary Responsibility
- HR Administration : Monitor employee contract, personal file, employee data base, budgeting
- Employee relationships: control employee event, sport, HR event, etc
- Compensation : over time, attendance, annual leave, etc
- Benefit Implementation : BPJS, Medical reimbursement, etc
- Legal : Responsible for acquiring and maintaining corporate licenses (NPWP, TDP, SIUP, etc.)
- People Development : control training (induction management, competency, etc), recruitment, Employee Mapping, turn over analysis, HR form, Perfomance appraisal, Organization Structure, Job Description, competency matrix, consulting & counseling

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in HR or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of labor code and HR Best practices
- Strong leadership character
- Pleasant personality & character
- Possess high integrity and able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Problem solving skill
- Can work under pressure
