- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
- Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
- Prepare statistical reports.
- Manage spreadsheets.
- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
- Coordinates office management activities.
- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
- Prepare agenda for meetings.
Qualification
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree/Master Degree
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Corporate Secretary/Business Development is required
- Fluent in Englis or Mandarin is an advantage
- Having good organisation skills and time management
- Having accuracy and good attention to detail
