Primary Responsibility
• Responsible to achieveexport sales targets and strategic plans for each product to be incorporated into the total plan• Ensuring the organization , administration and implementation of the company sales objective in specific high value product• Planning, monitoring and controlling all export sales and logistic activity• Formulates and recommends policies and objectives to ensure the most effective operation of Export Sales activities• Contributes to the development of achievable sales targets based on forecast market trends and consumer analysis• Supervise team and provide coaching and training for improvement of performance and development when necessary

Qualification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English• Minimum diploma degree in any field• Minimum 3 years sales experience• Experience in any kind of export operation• Motivated, independent, resourceful and highly result driven• Track record in “Food Product” industry will be an additional advantage• Willing to work in Jakarta Barat and Lippo Cikarang BENEFIT :• Chance to participate in building ISO 9001:2008 and FSSC 22000:2013 system• Medical allowance (medical &eyeglass allowance)• Yearly bonus (depends on company and individual performance)• Permanent employee status• 5 working days (Monday – Friday)
