Primary Responsibility
Develop the dynamic necessity of HR System.
Capable to conduct employee feed backing and counseling
Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives.
Design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for employees or customers of industrial or commercial establishment.
Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen Monitor,
Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts
Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
Select and assign instructors to conduct training

Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree inPsychology.
At least 3Year(s) of working experience in Human Resources or related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Age max 35 years old
At least 2 years experience in handling training & development within organization
Able to conduct training & counseling
Good communication skill & organization skill
Hands on experience in organizing and implementing training program
Able to work under tight deadline
Familiar in using MS. Office
Proficient in English is an advantage
