Primary Responsibility
Manage all recruitment and selection process.
Manage document and legality for foreigner worker.
Maintain historical human resource record.
Maintain management guidelines (Including Company Policies )
Bridge management and employee relation

Qualification
Male or female with 27-40 years old.
Candidate must be process at least Bachelor Degree in any field.
Good spoken and written Indonesia and Mandarin Language is a must.
At Least 3 year(s) of working experience in HRD (Preferable Manager Specialized in Manufacturing.)
Good knowledge in all HR Aspect ( legal compliance, government regulation, labor law, Recruitment, industrial relation )
Good in Negotiation skill and Computer skill
Strong Analytical, Hard work, Responsibility, Discipline, Able to Couching and Counseling.
Willing to work in Karawang area
Salary negotiable, include BPJS
