As an overseas arm of Outsourcing Inc. (Japan), an Integrated Human Resources Services Provider, and being publicly listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, PT OS Selnajaya Indonesia was established as a result of the merging of 3 Companies in Indonesia namely PT. OS Engineering and Consultant Indonesia (OSEC), PT. OS Service Indonesia (OSSI) and PT. Selnajaya Prima (Selnajaya).
Renowned for its’contributions and achievement for the last 2 decades in Indonesia, PT. Selnajaya Prima (Selnajaya), provides local, regional and global Corporations with Recruitment Services, Interpretation – Translation and Language Services, Business Consultation Services (Working Visa application and new Company establishment), and other White Collar human resource related services. OSEC - OSSI on the other hand, are very much entrenched in Industrial, Manufacturing, Production and Technical Knowhow on the Blue Collar’s side of the business. The integration of these three Companies into 1 singular Company is aimed to provide a combined and a wider form of services ………………and ultimately, a one- stop HR solutions provider for our corporate Clients.

Primary Responsibility
Determine customers' keypains and requirements,
Deliver presentation of proposals with demonstrations to clients
Maintain communication with client’s user, third party (vendors / partners) and related project stakeholders.
Create a design phase, create testing scenarios, assist user during UAT execution.
Design information systems by determining customer’s requirement and collaborating with IT specialist inside and outside of the company (partners)
Prepare system design documents with which programmers are able to execute coding without any discrepancies.
Handle daily operations of the project team, establishing priorities, analyzing workflows, developing standards and setting deadlines.
Complete the system development process, satisfying quality, productivity and deadline of the project.
Qualification
Qualification
Managing at least 2 System Development Projects over 1.000.000.000 IDR (excluding software and hardware)
Working as IT Project Manager at least 5 year.
Working as IT System Analyst or Analyst Programmer at least 4 years
Developing software for manufacturing, distribution and/or logistics companies.
Have a Coding skill experience (any language)
