(Japan), an Integrated Human Resources Services Provider, and being publicly listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, PT OS Selnajaya Indonesia was established as a result of the merging of 3 Companies in Indonesia namely PT. OS Engineering and Consultant Indonesia (OSEC), PT. OS Service Indonesia (OSSI) and PT. Selnajaya Prima (Selnajaya).
Renowned for its’contributions and achievement for the last 2 decades in Indonesia, PT. Selnajaya Prima (Selnajaya), provides local, regional and global Corporations with Recruitment Services, Interpretation – Translation and Language Services, Business Consultation Services (Working Visa application and new Company establishment), and other White Collar human resource related services. OSEC - OSSI on the other hand, are very much entrenched in Industrial, Manufacturing, Production and Technical Knowhow on the Blue Collar’s side of the business. Primary Responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve own sales target and total area target as part of team
Build and maintain good relationship with existing/new customers & understand customer needs
Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock and propose order including product information & NPD’s as well
Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system
Liaising with distributor & superior to check the progress of existing orders
Continuously review competitive activities & products they offering
Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
Together with distributor team (on period basis) and also by themselves to visit the market in order to:
Ensure the availability & visibility of the core range as per channel as per guidelines.
To monitor the placement of POP at outlets as per the superior instructions.
To prospect new customers or potential area/outlets
Making daily, weeklyand monthly report per management/superior request

Male or Female, Max 35 years old
Minimum Senior High School (Diploma or Bachelor Degree are preferable)
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in sales field
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills & capability to understand customer needs
Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
Passion for sales and a drive to succeed
Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure
Skills to work both independently and as part of a team and capability to flourish in a competitive environment
A good level of numeracy
Range salary 4-5JT (THP)
Willing be placement in EAST JAVA area & under contract basis (AROUND SURABAYA GUBENG AREA)
