Primary Responsibility
• To Manage team and to responsible Finance Business in Nasional Collection function• Planning, designing, implementing and controlling the National strategy, Man Power Planning, business process, system development and new operation program as part of the company strategy• Creating, analyzing and improving the Collection Department Standard Operation Procedure.• Reporting and analyzing the result of operation to be reported for BOD and internal function• Making relationship, evaluation, analyzing performance Payment Point partnerships

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.• Required skill(s): communication skill, leadership, good personality.• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.• Full-Time position(s) available.
