Primary Responsibility
1. Mengelola dan mengkoordinasikan seluruh kegiatan seksi Hot Kitchen meliputi pengolahan bahan dasar menjadi makanan sesuai dengan standar yang ditentukan dalam hal ini adalah dalam menu masakan Jepang
2. Bertanggung jawab atas kelancaran operasional seksi Hot Kitchen meliputi jumlah dan mutu makanan serta ketepatan waktu pendistribusian
3. Mematuhi ISO 22000
Qualification
Qualification
- Male/Female, Age Max. 30 years Old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Preferred Experience : Min. 5 years experience in Kitchen Department Specialist Japanese Food at same position or equivalent.
- Have a good knowledge about Food Safety and HACCP
- Self-starter, results oriented and also a team player
- Good computer skills(Ms. Office, especially excel and word)\
- Having strong analytical skills for analysis of variance.
- Detail-Oriented and Hard Worker
- Honest, responsible and loyal
- Willing to work at Karawang and Unit Area
- Language requirements :
- English : Written & Verbal, fluent
- Indonesian : Written & Verbal, fluent
