Primary Responsibility
- Ensuring the consistency of the direct sales team’s performance to achieve positive growth through effective work planning.- Responsible for competitors and market analysis, specifically in the financial industry to determine the team's plans and strategies of direct selling to face the market dynamics that occur at a time.- Responsible to create unique, creative, and attractive marketing strategy and work of plan to build positive image of the brand in consumer mind.- Evaluate the effectiveness and success rate of the direct selling strategy and policy as a basis to develop plans and work programs in the future to support the achievement of direct sales targets and team productivity.- Ensure every strategy that has been set running continuously and precisely targeted.

- Maximum 40 years old.- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major from reputable university with GPA min 3,00- Experience minimum 5 years in the same field in multifinance company.- Strong leadership and market analysis in multifinance company.- Good understanding about marketing, branding, and direct sales strategy.- Willing to be placed in BSD City-Serpong.
