Gogirl! is Indonesian market leading teen magazine established in 2005. Compared to other nationally published teen magazine, Gogirl! has the widest audience which reached 120.000 copies in each issue. Every month, Gogirl! featured sophisticated fashion pages and articles related to teen-lifestyles such as motivational writings, music, movies and hobbies.
History
Gogirl! has inspired Indonesian teenagers since our first issue in February 2005. Started with 30. 000 copies, as time goes by we continually growing bigger and expanding. With our tagline, “Magazine for Real”, Gogirl! is trying to bring actual life to relate to the readers. We are packaging the latest fashion trends, celebrities news, current affairs, personalities and lifestyles. Realizing that general teenages nowadays is so dynamic, we deliver informations and knowledges in fun way. The same things as readers can find on our website, www.gogirlmagz.com.
Primary Responsibility
Proactively approach your axisting network, find and connect with new potential clients to generate leads
Develop business and strategies based on the clients' requirements and business challenges
Perform proactive in sales process: lead generation, credential pitch solution pitch, negotiation
Identify opportunities for campaign , services and distribution channels that will lead an increase in sales
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling prospositions and differentiators
Assessing the data gathered under the review process to establish recommendayions for change to improve business performance
Identifying actions as a result of review and analysis to improbe business performance
Conducting market research for competitor quality and price
Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets
Develop and implement strategies for new products and services
Qualification
Qualification
Candidate maximum28 years old.
Bachelor degree preferably in Business/Management/ Public Relation.
Minimum3-5 years' experience on related fiels, preferable have experience in advertising agency/ digital agency/ digital company.
At least 2 year(s) of working in the same company.
Knowledge and hands on experience on sales planning, prospecting skills, negotiation and closing skills, management and market knowledge.
Online savvy, has deep interest in digital.
Strong analytical thinking, able to work in a team as well as individuality.
Should be highly motivated and targer oriented.
Profecient in English, both oral and writen.
