- To lead a team of regional Sales, Operations, and Merchandising Team to achieve budgeted sales and profitable promotion of company's products in the assigned geographical area.
- To ensure operations of Sales and Distribution is in accordance with the Policies and Procedures (SOP)
- Planning business strategy growth in the assigned area and managing the sales
- Build and grow Sales Revenue with high Customer Lifetime Value and great long term partnerships.
- Grow business opportunities through identifying market needs
- Practice best practice of sales processes, tools and techniques
- Build sales pipeline in line with sales goals across the targeted territory and product verticals: Stationary, Cleaning, Pantry, Industrial, Automotive, Furniture, IT Products, Electronics, and Services.
- Analyze sales statistics and communicate to assist sales team to achieve goals.
- Work with Account Managers and the Product/IT team in HQ to capture growth of closed marketplace in given area
- Consistently network to develop strong relationships within customer base and related industry professionals
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management
- 5 to 8 years experiences in sales & business management
- Should have at least 2 - 3 yrs experience as Area Business Manager/Regional Business Manager in a reputed retail/B2B ecommerce company
- Bachelor degree in business management or equivalent
- Good negotiation skill
- Having background in B2B ecommerce/ retail industry
- Should have the experience of handling sales team
- Should have good people management skills.
- Ready to travel.
- Location in Jawa or Bali
