We help a broad array of industries with companies ranging from SMBs, to retailers, to government departments, educational institutions and hospitality organisations.
• Build and maintain strong relations with merchant partners, focusing on vendor and assortment management.
• Create and manage all SKU within vertical(s) given, and maintain data updates.
• Work with buyers to fulfill sales orders and process purchase orders, including coding and communicating the information to vendors.
• Work with vendors to support negotiation of PO terms including cost.
• Intermediary between merchandise manager and vendors on issues including cancellation of orders.
• Maintain and update Open-to-buy/recap sheets daily, weekly and monthly.
• Analyze reports and make recommendation for merchandise re-orders.
• Answer vendor inquiries.
• Process all administrative for outright and consignment procurement, merchandise shipment and return coordination.
• Work with Finance to research and resolve invoicing discrepancies to ensure accounts payable records are maintained.
• Provide administrative support required to ensure efficient operation of the team.
• Works with the supply management team and/or coordinates with vendors
• At least have 2 or 3 years experience in merchandising
• Have experienced in merchandising area, focusing on furniture.
• Have Strong Vendor Relation.
• Experienced in Order Processing & Vendor Maintenance.
• Result Oriented, Communication, Adaptability, Initiative & Teamwork
• Good in analysing data and using this to identify trends and potential risks and opportunities.
• Good computer literacy
