"MALINDA FURNITURE GALLERY" was established on August 8th, 2000 which was located on the 3rd floor Jakarta Design Center and occupies 180 m2 . We started in retail home furnishingSUPPLIER with only 4 furniture brand from USA and the main brand is "Flexsteel".
After 11 years, We have 4 showrooms located at Jakarta Design Center and stand alone showroom at Slipi with total area 3600 m2 and warehouse area of 5600 m2. We provide 30 brands from USA for furniture, lighting and accessories.
We are proud of having skilled and motivated team members who are highly committed to our customer satisfaction. We serves its customers through brands in the furniture and lighting industry such as Flexsteel, Schnadig, Magnussen, Berkline, Art, Fairmont, Hinkley, Uttermost, etc in a range of styles and product categories including bedroom, dining room, living room, occasional, home office and home entertainment.
Currently, We do not only focus on retail sale of home funishingSUPPLIERS but also on projects such as hotels, apartments, malls, office buildings, etc based on the budget and design.
We continue to make changes to meet customer needs by providing the best quality products at competitive prices and satisfactory service.
Primary Responsibility
Membuat laporan rekap kegiatan sales.
Membuat laporan absensi staff showroom.
Membantu cek operasional showroom.
Melakukan follow up kepada pihak warehouse mengenai ketersediaan barang.
Qualification
Qualification
Untuk lulusan D3/S1 Segala jurusan. Min IPK 2,75.
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai staf administrasi (tidak sedang kuliah).
Berpenampilan menarik, rapi dan bersih.
Detail, teliti dan rapi dalam bekerja.
Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik, komunikatif, ramah dan sopan.
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
Mahir menggunakan Ms. Office, terutama Ms. Excel (V Lookup, H Lookup, tabel dan rumus) dan Ms. Power point.
Mampu menggunakan email.
Bisa berbahasa Inggris minimal pasif.
Bersedia bekerja 5 Hari Kerja dan 2 Hari Libur ( 1 shift : 10.00 - 20.00 )
Bersedia masuk hari Sabtu/Minggu/hari libur nasional.
