Primary Responsibility
Business Development Executive
• Accountable for the development and delivery of the partner engagement and retention strategy
• Sign on more used car dealerships partnership with Carsome Indonesia
• Build and mentor a team, encouraging cultural inclusiveness and sharing of plans, objectives and results
• Increase trust among used car dealers and identifying those that are active and not active
• Increase the number of participating used car dealers on the Carsome platform
• Ensure high retention rate & increase partners dealers
• Accountable for partner loyalty and retention

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Held Sales or BD roles in the past, preferably at managerial level
• Experience working with outsourced teams or vendors on sales
• Speaks local language
• Has good connections in local market
• Accustomed to working against clear KPIs
• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in events planning is a plus point
Desired Skills and Experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
• Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
• Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
• Good in written and spoken in English and Bahasa
• Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
