Job Purpose The jobholder will work with Business Development Managers, Design team and Operational team, to manage the day to day requirements of the Business Development department with regards to Company campaigns. Job Responsibility
• Responsible for Media Social, Public Relation, and Marketing including all the project development• Involved in a variety of tasks, ranging from writing press releases, develop relationship with journalist and editors, managing internal and external issues, media monitoring and report writing for media coverage data in order to manage the company’s brand• Capable to produce content especially in digital media• Understand customer behavior and fast paced trends in various media• Management of all design and Direct Mail campaigns, working in close liaison with the Business Development regarding format, design, production, fulfillment, data and distribution• Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the Business Development departments. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives• Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget• To achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media• To managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities• At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions• Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company• To identify the need for improved office procedures Working Relationships
