Primary Responsibility
- To support in conducting all aspects of recruitment human resources activity in company and any administration tasks
- [Payroll/Medical] Help HR Senior Staff to distribute, sales letters, target letters, etc- Uphold the direct superior instruction related to the job
- [Recruitment1] Prepare advertisement for online recruitment service.- Doing CV selection.- Doing preliminary interview for filtering candidate- Make interview schedule for new candidate with user, HR Manager or Director and other related person such as BU Head or Regional.- Ensure that candidate has filled in all personnel request form- Ensure hiring manager has submitted RR (Recruitment Request) via Portal and Requisition Form before hiring process is started.- Ensure all RR & Requisition form has been approved before offering process.- Interact with other recruitment agency in order to recruit some executive positions.- Maintain Personal Requisition form for 3PP Recruitment.Process.- Manage & maintain hiring internship- Support HR Manager in introducing office environment etc, to the (especially for internship).- Manage monthly submission report of 3PP to vendor such as attendance & timesheet record for their invoicing.- Support HR for administrations work.- Support all HR operation process in-line with ISO 9001 : 2001
-Implement all activities of human resources according to schedule.
- Working Condition: Most of the time inside the office

Qualification
- Understand on recruitment & training activity and human resources management- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.- Required language(s): English- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Required Skill(s): end to end recruitment- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
